If you are experiencing computer issues here are some steps to take:
Clear Cache and Cookies (website linked here shows how)
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click the three dots in the upper right and then Delete browsing data.
Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.
Select the types of information you want to remove.
Click Delete data.
If you delete cookies while signed in to Chrome, you won't be signed out of your Google Account.
Then, restart your laptop.
After that, check your internet connection.

If you are experiencing issues with being able to edit a word document after downloading it from a class, follow the steps below:
Open word
Go to File
Go to More
Go to Account
Find the button that will activate the install key
Choose "I want to activate over the internet"
Allow for the update. It should be on a screen that looks like this:
