In today’s digital age, our children are growing up in a world where inappropriate images, harmful language, and unsafe content are just a click away. As a school community, we share a deep responsibility to protect our kids—not only in the classroom, but also in the digital spaces they navigate every day.
One of the most effective ways we can do this is through active monitoring and open communication. At home, we’ve found tremendous value in using a tool called BARK. It’s designed to help parents monitor their children’s online activity, flag potential risks, and start meaningful conversations when needed. From social media to text messages, BARK helps us stay informed and proactive without invading our kids’ privacy.
Personally, BARK has been a game-changer in our household. It’s given us peace of mind and helped us guide our children through tough situations with empathy and awareness. We highly recommend it to other families looking for a smart, supportive way to protect their kids online.
Let’s continue working together to create a safe and nurturing environment for our children—both offline and online.
Below is a link to sign up. It’s not even as expensive as a streaming service and covers you whole home. It’s definitely worth it. https://www.bark.us/?ref=NTBWQ47
