Alternative Education Programming

GEDO #2 Coordinator

• Provide an alternative graduation route for students who are unable to meet the graduation requirements established by Big Foot High School and the State of Wisconsin

• Although not a first option, GEDO #2 provides students with a second option to help ensure they get a high school diploma

• Competency is demonstrated by taking GED Tests in areas where they are credit deficient.

Competency Based Instruction

• If the GED0#2 program is not an option for a particular student, the competency based program may help to meet graduation requirements

• Small group work in a structured environment

• Meet content area (Math, Science, Social Studies, English) graduation requirements

• Project based learning
