This policy covers Big Dreamery Studio ("the Studio"): the tool Big Dreamery uses to plan its videos and see how they are doing on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. It applies to anyone who connects one of those accounts to the Studio. Today, the only accounts connected are Big Dreamery's own.
It reads data only after the account's owner allows it on the platform's own sign-in screen, and it only ever reads. It never posts, edits or deletes anything on any platform.
YouTube (YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API, read-only): the channel's name and ID, its videos (titles, publish dates, thumbnails), and their statistics: views, watch time, average view duration, audience retention, likes, comments and shares.
Instagram (Instagram API): the account's username and ID, its posts and reels, and their insights: views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves and average watch time.
Facebook (Pages API): the Page's name and ID, its reels and their insights.
TikTok (Login Kit and Display API): the account's basic profile (display name, avatar and account ID), its public videos, and each video's views, likes, comments and shares.
It also keeps the access tokens each platform issues, so it can refresh those numbers. It does not read private messages, passwords, or personal details about viewers or followers.
Only to show the account's owner how their videos are doing, to compare videos with each other, and to decide what to make next. We don't sell this data, share it with advertisers or data brokers, use it for advertising, or build profiles of people from it. We don't use it to train AI models. We may use an AI assistant (such as Anthropic's Claude) to help read our own numbers; it processes the data only on our behalf, under terms that don't let it train on the data.
The data is stored in the Studio's database on Big Dreamery's own computer, and the Studio's pages can only be reached over Big Dreamery's private network. Access tokens are kept only while an account stays connected. Statistics are kept while the account stays connected: at least every 30 days the Studio checks that it is still allowed to read the account and that each video still exists, and removes anything it no longer has permission for. Other platform data (titles, thumbnails, profile details) is refreshed or deleted within 30 days.
The Studio sets no cookies. A few of its pages may remember display settings in your browser's local storage. The Studio shows no ads and no third-party content. This website runs on Google Sites, which sets Google's own cookies as its notice explains.
You can withdraw the Studio's access at any time:
Google and YouTube: the Google security settings page, https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Instagram: Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites
Facebook: Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations
TikTok: Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Apps and services permissions
To have your data deleted, email admin@bigdreamery.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the account's name or handle. We delete everything the Studio holds for that account within 7 days and reply to confirm. If you withdraw access on the platform instead, we delete that account's data within 30 days at the latest.
Big Dreamery Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. The Studio uses YouTube API Services: see the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Data from Instagram and Facebook is also covered by Meta's Privacy Policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy), and data from TikTok by TikTok's Privacy Policy (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy).
The Studio is not meant for anyone under 18.
