“At Big Bros 4 Life our mission is to empower all males and youth to come together as a unified force, fostering personal growth, community development and youth mentorship. Through collaboration, education and leadership, we strive to build a stronger, more resilient community where males of all ages can thrive. We are dedicated to uplifting one another, creating opportunities for self improvement and serving as role models for the next generation ensuring a brighter future for all.”
Abraham Jenkins; a Charleston native that graduated from West Ashley High School in 2013, was inspired to begin Big Bros 4 Life after going through a few of his own personal struggles and battles in life. While having a mentor during these times, he gained to learn and understand the importance of not just having a mentor; but also to be a mentor to young men to give them guidance and to provide them with support to be successful in their future.
