About 5K

The 5k is annual event hosted by the BMS STEM Academy around Halloween. The purpose of the 5K is to promote positive community and to raise money for the STEM team at BMS. The money will go towards field trips to help STEM learn and grow! In addition, STEM students learn many other skills in the process of planning this event, as they work on various committees such as reaching out to sponsors, marketing/design, course planning, and race officiating. Costumes are encouraged!

It costs $20 to participate in the 5K race, and the Candy K is $10.
