Madeline Machado, Community Engagement Ambassador

Madeline Machado is a neuroscience graduate with a background in psychology and a strong passion for brain injury research, patient advocacy, and education. She completed her Master of Science in Neuroscience, where she studied how adolescent nicotine exposure influences brain circuits involved in mood and behaviour. As a volunteer with the Brain Injury Association of Peel and Halton, Madeline is excited to support individuals affected by brain injury and contribute to awareness and education initiatives, making a positive and lasting impact.
