However, mental health is often overlooked or stigmatized in our society. Many people feel ashamed or embarrassed to talk about their mental health struggles, and as a result, they suffer in silence. This can have serious consequences, as untreated mental health problems can lead to many adverse outcomes, including poor physical health, substance abuse, and suicide.
It is essential to recognize that mental health problems are common and treatable. According to the World Health Organization, one in four people will be affected by mental or neurological disorders at some point (Jose, Angelina 2020). Mental health problems can take many different forms, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and eating disorders, among others.
Fortunately, there are many effective treatments available for mental health problems. These include talk therapy, medication, lifestyle changes, and support groups. Individuals need to seek help if they are struggling with their mental health, and society needs to work to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
Many steps can be taken to promote good mental health. For instance, practicing self-care, such as getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet, and exercising regularly. Building strong social connections through friends, family, or community groups is also essential. Additionally, seeking professional help and advocating for policies supporting mental health, such as increased funding for mental health services.
In conclusion, mental health is a critical component of overall well-being. It affects every aspect of our lives, and promoting good mental health and seeking help if needed is essential. By reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and promoting access to effective treatments, we can ensure that everyone has the opportunity to lead a fulfilling and healthy life.
How To Get The Perfect Curls, Without Heat

Have you wanted to get the perfect length of curls in every part of your hair but do not want to cause heat damage? You are lucky because I found the perfect hair routine to get picture-perfect curls.
First, what you want to do is take your regular shower. Shampoo your hair about three times, and scrunch your hair when you are putting in the conditioner. Once you put in your conditioner, let it soak in your hair while washing your body, then rinse it. I recommend Garnier Fructis Pure Moisture Hydrating Shampoo for shampoo, and for conditioner, I recommend Herbal Essences Clarifying Tea Tree Conditioner.
Once you take your shower, before doing anything else, get a towel and wrap it around your hair. Let it sit in your head for about 8-12 mins, depending on how long your hair is drying. When your hair looks almost completely dried but still has some wet splotches, you know it is ready. I recommend not to brush your hair in the shower but do it after you take the towel off your head. If your hair gets tangly, especially wet, use the Just For Me detangling spray before brushing your hair out. You can spray it onto your hair or hands and rub it into your hair. After you rub it in, brush through your hair, and if there are any small tangles, you can comb through them with your fingers.
You want to start the "curling" process when all the tangles are gone. You can either do two braids or one. I recommend doing two because the curls will look flowier and have more volume. If you do one braid, you want to start by putting your hair in a low ponytail, then braid it as long as possible. Done!
Tip: Use rainbow looms as a tie when weaving your hair as long as possible. (It fits better.) Now if you want to do two braids, start with making sure the top of your is flat. Then start braiding your hair at the area near your ear. Braid both sides the same, then boom, done!
Now all you have to do is sleep in your braids or even wear them out. You should wear them for at least twenty-four hours but the longer, the better. Then take them out once the time is up, and you will get the cutest curls ever.

Yoga is shown to prove both physical and mental health at school. Yoga can improve so many things, such as balance. Schools should do one hour a week of yoga to help kids calm their minds. Yoga can help you forget about all your tests and stress you feel for an hour or even thirty minutes. Schools should have yoga or just a twenty-minute meditation class. It can also help with focus and self-esteem. Yoga can protect you from injuries in different scenarios. Yoga can also work as an anti-aging or de-stressing tool. There are so many benefits of yoga that school kids can use these days.
Final Verdict
Schools can use yoga to rest students' minds and take a break from class to relax and improve their mental health. Schools should also consider students' mental health and not only their school work, so a yoga class would suit their minds and mental health. All kids deserve a break. If yoga or meditation does not work, a twenty-minute nap time would be beneficial, knowing that some kids do not get enough sleep. As a student, I know how it feels to be stressed from school; there should be a time when kids can rest and relax once every week.
