Oral presentations should be prepared in MS Powerpoint format (.ppt or .pptx). The preferred format for the power point presentations is 16:9 (as opposed to 4:3). The presenting authors are asked to adhere to their time limits (see below).
Plenary lectures (on invitation) will have 30 min, i.e., 20 min to present and 10 min for discussion.
Keynote presentations (on invitation) will have 20 min, i.e., 15 min to present and 5 min for discussion. Keynote presentations are presented within a session and introduce/review the specific area addressed by the session.
Regular oral presentations will have 10 min, i.e., 6-8 min to present and 2-3 min for discussion.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Poster panels will be suitable for posters with Poster size: Portrait A0 (33.1" (width) & 46.8" (height)). The presenting authors should be available during the poster sessions to present/answer questions on their posters.

Awards
During the conference, a jury with the help of the session chairpersons will judge and rank all Oral and Poster presentations. At the closing ceremony of the conference (Thursday, February 6th, 2025), the best Oral and Poster will be awarded for each theme.
CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
All Abstracts are to be submitted through e-mail at abstract.icesd25@gmail.com with clear indication of theme of your presentation and type of presentation (Oral or Poster).
Abstracts must be written clearly in English and submitted before January 20th, 2025.
Abstracts should be based on any of the areas as listed in the themes/sub-themes of the conference.
Abstracts must report the results of original research or other activity of significant merit that relate to Environmental Sustainability and its allied fields.
Title will be followed by authors name and affiliation. Name of the presenting author should be underlined. Only one person/author will be allowed to present for one abstract.
Mention email id of presenting author (if corresponding author is different). Registration of the presenting author is compulsory.
Abstracts should include a brief introduction, objectives, methods, results, and conclusion/Discussion significance of the research in a flow, and no separate headings are to be provided in the abstract.
Follow IMRAD or IMRaD (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion)
Typography: Times New Roman Font, 12 pt size, Regular, 1.5 spaced, Justified alignment in a word document (.docx).
Abstracts should be in final form with no grammatical, typographical, or factual errors.
Abstracts should not exceed more than 500 words. Please mention 3-5 relevant keywords and arrange them alphabetically separated by comma (,).
Rename the Abstract file as (YourName_ThemeNo.docx) eg. AmitKumar_T5.docx
Post conference selected papers, based on the quality and relevance of the abstracts, will be invited for full paper submission.
