All athletes must complete the following information prior to tryouts to be eligible to participate:

- Physical Forms may be turned into the TCHS school nurse.
4. Attend tryouts June 2nd, 3rd, 4th from 3:30pm-5:45pm and June 5th judging will start at 2:30pm.

- Incoming Freshman will be excused from completing the Eligibility information until July 11th, 2025. They will however need to complete an Tryout Packet, Pages 11-14.
