TRYOUT INFO

All athletes must complete the following information prior to tryouts to be eligible to participate:

1. Completed Fall Cheer Tryout Registration 2026 Form

2. Sign Up for Remind 101: Text 81010 with the message @creekcf26.

3. Valid Genesis Registration, Physical Forms, Impact test that are up to date. 

• Genesis Parent Access Link is NOW OPEN for all current and incoming students. 

• Physical Forms may be turned into the TCHS School Nurse OR Athletic Trainer. 

• Genesis, Physical & Impact INFO HERE  

4. Attend tryouts May 26, 27, and 28th.

  *You must attend all days of tryouts to be considered for a team.

5. Tryout Packet: Signed Pages, will be handed out at parent meeting & tryouts.

Incoming Freshman from Mullen:

- Incoming Freshman will need to complete an Accident and Liability Waiver .

- Genesis Parent Access Link is NOW OPEN for all incoming students. An email with login info should have gone to the email address that is on file at Mullen Middle.

Other Info:

- Mandatory Parent/Guardian Meeting Wednesday, May 20th, 2026 @ 6pm in the TC Library Media Center. Paper copies of Tryout Packets & Physicals will be distributed.
