Chromebook Distribution Schedule and Procedures

Please have these tasks completed:

  • Have read the Technology Handbook (required!)
  • Bring Parent and Student Signed BHPRSD Technology Agreement
  • $20 Technology Fee paid with Check made payable to "Black Horse Pike Regional" or MySchoolbucks(coming soon) (otherwise arrangements will be made for future payment)
  • Know and have signed into your Google Account (9th graders will be given information at orientation)

8/15 Tuesday Highland 10-12th Graders 1:00pm-7:00pm Cafeteria

8/16 Wednesday Triton 10-12th Graders 1:00pm-7:00pm LMC

8/17 Thursday Timber Creek 10-12th Graders 1:00pm-7:00pm LMC

Freshman Orientation Distribution

8/22 Tuesday Highland 3:00pm-6:00pm

8/23 Wednesday Triton 1:00pm-4:00pm

8/24 Thursday Timber Creek 3:00pm-6:00pm

Distribution Process

Students will arrive to their school's distribution location indicated in the above schedule during the time frame. If you cannot make your assigned day, there will be make up days scheduled later in the month.

Students will check in at the first station to confirm that all paperwork and fees have been paid. If the proper paperwork and fees have not been turned in, you may do so at that time. We will only accept checks made out to "Black Horse Pike Regional" as payment.

Students will then pick up their Chromebook, sign in with their Google account, and confirm that it is working properly. The Chromebook will be signed out and assigned to that student. Students must bring their School ID.

Students will be issued a protective carrying case which must be used at all time.
