Rules & Expectations

• Students will be respectful toward the teacher, each other, and room/supplies. 

• You are expected to be on time to every class. If you are late, you must have a late pass.

• No bathroom use during the first 5 minutes of class or last 5 minutes of class. 

• No cell phone use. Students are expected to put their phones in the organizer in the front upon arriving to class. If caught using your phone, you will receive a written referral. 

• No headphones/earbuds/Air Pods, etc.

• Students should be in their assigned seats unless otherwise instructed. 

• All supplies should be used appropriately and safely. If supplies are not used safely, students will not be able to use said supplies. 

• No sharpening of pencils during instruction or demonstrations. 

• No touching of other students’ works. 

• Clean up is required by every single student, every single class. No excuses- every student is responsible for the condition of the room prior to dismissal. Lack of clean up will impact your Studio Habits grade

• No lining up at the door before the bell rings. All students should be at their seats.

• All students are required to submit 2 works for the Art Show in the Spring.
