Experience: The 2026-2027 school year begins my 12th year in the classroom!  I have taught a multitude of courses over my career including Biology, Chemistry, Freshman Science, Genetics, & Environmental Science.

Teaching Style: My teaching style incorporates a variety of instructional approaches, including direct instruction, hands-on activities, critical thinking exercises, collaborative learning, and engaging laboratory experiences. I believe that students learn science best when they are actively involved in the learning process and given opportunities to observe, question, investigate, and apply their understanding.
