Fitness Testing
One of our core goals is to be the most fit team on the field -- EVERY DAY. We expect players to manage their fitness year round so they come into the school season ready to handle a demanding physical workload. To this end, we administer a fitness test at the beginning of each season, partly as a measuring stick and partly as a motivator for off-season exercise.
FITNESS TESTING WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE FIRST THREE DAYS OF TRYOUTS.
This will include the following:
Yo-Yo Beep Test
40-Yard Sprint
2-Mile Run
Push Ups.
Plank
5-10-5 Agility Test
Standing Long Jump
