About Us

The Beaumont Highland Dance Parents Association was formed in 2015. It was spear-headed by Stephanie McIntosh, a dedicated and enthusiastic Highland parent who loved Highland dance and wanted all dancers to have access to the opportunities that it could offer. She gathered other parents of local dancers together, forming a group of parents to support and celebrate Highland dance for their kids and the community at large. What began as a small, informal group of supportive parents has grown over the years into what is now known as the Beaumont Highland Dance Parents Association.
