ABOUT MRS. KIBLER
ABOUT MRS. KIBLER
My name is Kodi Kibler and I teach middle school math. The 2023-2024 school year will be my eighth year teaching. In 2016, I earned my master’s degree in Secondary Education – Mathematics from the University of Albany.
Prior to entering the field of education, I worked as an engineer in various manufacturing and management roles for a little over 13 years. I have a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University. I chose this career change because I knew my true place was in the classroom. I have a passion for bringing the real world into the classroom and preparing our students for life after graduation. I talk a little bit more about why I teach and my career change in the below video if you want to take a look!
I was born and raised in Ogdensburg, NY; but my husband, Jeffrey, and I have lived in Ballston Lake for the past 19 years. We have a 14 year old daughter who is in 9th grade. When I am not teaching I love to craft, sew, and spend time with my family & friends! I tend to add a creative flair to everything that I do - even teaching math!
