PSCI provides coordination services for those with a developmental disability. This includes the PUNS list -this is the gatekeeper list for persons with disabilities once they turn 18 in order to receive funding for services post high school.

Guardianship is needed when a person is unable to make and communicate responsible decisions regarding his personal care or finances due to a mental, physical or developmental disability.

In home respite (recently received big grant) Allows for someone the family knows to be hired, trained and paid to provide up to 180 hours annually of child care. The person has to be over 18 and not live in the home.

Screening, Assessment and Support Services (SASS), is a crisis mental health service program for children and adolescents, who are experiencing a psychiatric emergency. SASS services are available by calling the CARES line. 800-345-9049

Active Day offers premier day programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and aging seniors.  

Programs at GiGi’s Playhouse offer foundational learning opportunities for individuals with Down syndrome, their families and the community.

DRS works in partnership with people with disabilities and their families to assist them in making informed choices to achieve full community participation through employment, education, and independent living opportunities.
