About me

Hello!  I am Mrs. Takach and I am the learning support teacher for 4th grade at Brandywine Heights Intermediate School. This is my eighth year at Branywine Heights Intermediate School.  I graduated from Temple University in 1996 with a dual degree in Elementary Education and Special Education.  I received my Master's of Education with a concentration in Reading in 2003 from East Stroudsburg University.  I was a learning support teacher in the Stroudsburg Area School District for 5 years before leaving to start a family.   I enjoy spending time with my family, reading and vacationing on Long Beach Island in the summer. I am married and I have two sons, Jack who is 20 and Ross who is 16, and two step-sons, Aiden and Ryan.  We also have a chocolate lab named Molly, and a cavapoo named Chloe.
