During this time of distance learning, we are working as a community to do our best to support you. Establishing routines for communicating will be helpful for us all for ensuring we are supporting you effectively and efficiently.

- General inquiries- For those questions or wonderings that you might usually ‘check-in’ at the office for, please email: stb.info@bgcdsb.org
- Questions for a teacher about an assignment in your child’s google classroom- Please send a private comment within your child’s Google classroom. See this short video to know how to send these messages. Parents & Google Classroom Using Private Comments
- Other questions for teachers not related to an assignment in Google Classroom- Please email stb.info@bgcdsb.org. In the subject line: indicate the name of the teacher your email is for. For Example: Subject: Mr. Wild

Please note: The tool that we use for video conferencing is the education version of Google Meet. This tool meets the required privacy standards for the education community. Please be aware that when using Google Meet as a video conferencing tool, all persons within the Meet can see and hear each other and Meets can be recorded. It is our policy that at the beginning of a Meet, if it is to be recorded, participants will be informed.
