ClubV1 is the system we use to run competitions and manage handicaps. As a member, you’ll use the ClubV1 Members App (linked with HowDidiDo) to enter competitions, view start sheets, and check your results. It’s also where your scores are processed and your Handicap Index is kept up to date under the World Handicap System. In short, ClubV1 is your connection to all official competition golf at the club.
BRS is the system we use for tee bookings. Through the BRS app or website, you can see available times, book your golf, and manage your tee slots. It’s the place to go whenever you want to arrange a game at the club.
HowDidiDo connects directly to ClubV1 and shows competition results, live leaderboards, and stats. You can also see your playing record, check where you stand in events, and compare your performance against other members.
The England Golf app (MyEG) is linked to the national World Handicap System. It lets you see your current Handicap Index, track your scoring history, and submit general play scores — including from the Academy Tees.
To track your scores on the Academy Tees, you can use IGolf.
Spond is our main communication app for the Junior Academy. All events, competition sign-ups, updates, and messages are sent through Spond, so it’s important to have notifications switched on.
