Welcome parents and students! My name is Álvaro Serrato and I will be teaching Spanish 1. Here is my bio. I am happy and excited to meet you all; I am sure that this academic journey will be a learning experience in both directions, both for you and for me. The core values in my class are respect, responsibility and integrity.

On this site you will have access to the course syllabus, lesson plans with links to documents, class announcements, and other important information. The lesson plans will be updated by Friday for the following week.

Remember, students: In my class, I want you to have fun and be yourself. I am aware that taking an introductory foreign language class may sound challenging; however, if you put in the effort and work hard, you will be fine.
