On this page you will find our class newsletter and important announcements.

Hi families! 

This week we will finish module 8 which will be about multiplying multi-digit numbers. In the math section on my website there are the homework answers as well as a study guide for the module and videos for each lesson. In reading we will continue reading The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.  In writing we will continue working on story sequence outlines which we will use to introduce writing multi-paragraph essays. We will continue learning about verbs in grammar. 

Please be checking grades weekly as this is how I communicate any missing assignments or failing grades, I will mark the assignment as missing and after a few weeks the grade will change to a 0. It is the child's responsibility to get their work made up and turned back in. If you have a question about any of the grades please send me an email. 

Graded work will be sent home in homework folders on Friday's please keep an eye out for that. If there is a math test where test corrections can be done please make sure they follow all the directions on the test so I can give them as many points back as possible. 

At home practice: Multiplication facts and cursive, practice worksheets for both of those are on my website under the date for you to download and print off. 

Dress code reminder shorts, skirts, and dresses cannot be higher than 2 inches above the knee and no leggings.
