On this page you will find our class newsletter and important announcements.

Hi families! 

This week we will begin module 5 that is about multi-digit multiplication we will be taking the test on 9/26. In the math section on my website there are the homework answers as well as a study guide for the module and videos for each lesson. In reading we will continue reading Charlotte's Web by E.B. White. In writing we will continue working on story sequence outlines which we will use to introduce writing multi-paragraph essays. We will continue learning about prepositions in grammar. 

Please be checking grades weekly to stay up to date on your child's grades as well as any missing assignments, I will mark the assignment as missing and after a few weeks the grade will change to a 0. It is the child's responsibility to get their work made up and turned back in. If you have a question about any of the grades please send me an email. 

Graded work will be sent home in homework folders on Friday's please keep an eye out for that. 

At home practice: Multiplication facts and cursive, practice worksheets for both of those are on my website under the date for you to download and print off. 

Please make sure your child is bringing a water bottle to school everyday. It is HOT out and if they do not have a water bottle they have to leave the room and miss important learning time to go get water. 

Dress code reminder shorts, skirts, and dresses cannot be higher than 2 inches above the knee and no leggings.
