What a great time your children and I had last school year! We spent a lot of our time traveling to different parts of the globe and learning about traditions, architecture and cultures that inspired our artwork for our art show in April. 

It was such a fun event and there is nothing like seeing your artwork framed and on display! 

This upcoming year there will be two art teachers!! I'm so excited for you to meet Mrs. Dalton my sister! She will be loved by all I am sure! Together we will pick a new art show theme with projects that continue to emphasize the elements of art as well as the principles of design. We see examples of these all around us in nature as well as in artwork throughout the ages!
