Refresh the appearance of your pavers with preparation and a sealer selected for your surface. Beyond The Pressure serves Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Palm Coast, Flagler Beach and New Smyrna Beach.
We start with an in-person assessment of your pavers, joints, drainage and any existing coating. You receive a written scope before work begins.
The best way to reach us is to text or call (386) 405-4774. Send your location and a few photos to get started.
We inspect the surface and existing sealer, then clean to address dirt, organic buildup and treatable stains. Stripping a failed coating or treating mineral deposits may require a separate scope; we discuss that before proceeding.
Where appropriate, we replenish joint sand and compact it to suit the paver system. Sand color and joint condition are reviewed during your estimate. Preparation supports a more consistent finish and helps stabilize the joints.
We select the product and application method for the material, existing condition and desired appearance. Weather, moisture and curing requirements guide scheduling. We explain when you can use the area again.
Concrete and brick pavers: Discuss color enhancement, sheen and joint stabilization. The final appearance depends on the paver and sealer.
Travertine and other natural stone: We assess the stone separately and discuss a suitable penetrating or other compatible sealer. Not every surface should receive the same coating.
Traction additive enhancement: Available for suitable applications. An additive does not make a surface slip-proof; water, footwear and maintenance still affect traction.
A suitable sealer can enhance appearance, improve resistance to some stains and support joint stabilization. It does not eliminate cleaning, weeds, algae or normal wear. Results and maintenance needs depend on the surface, exposure and product.
We first assess its condition and compatibility. A failing or incompatible coating may need removal before new sealer is applied.
Curing varies with the product, weather and surface. We provide the access and vehicle restrictions for your project before work begins.
Traffic, sun, moisture and cleaning habits affect wear. We discuss routine care and assess the condition before recommending resealing.
Ask us to include the applicable workmanship coverage and exclusions in your written estimate. Normal wear, ongoing maintenance and existing surface problems should be addressed separately.
Tell us your city, the surface you want assessed and whether it has been sealed before. Photos help us understand your priorities before the visit.
