We have exciting opportunities for you and your team to enjoy in our studios
At BEYOND, we work hard and love harder. Our mission is to bring joy and movement to help people be healthier, happier and inspired to push past perceived limitations to be the best version of themselves. We offer a high-end facility with world-class instructors, and amazing music that you can lose yourself in. You will leave feeling motivated and energised.
INDICATIVE PRICING
Work out your way with a bespoke playlist, and choose your preferred class lengths. We can even throw in some team challenges!
For ₦50,000 per head, after your class, you can enjoy:
Complimentary fluffy towels
Complimentary bottled water
Pampering with our lush toiletries in the changing rooms
Fee per head is based on 3 hours for the whole event. The fee for the group to use the pool area exclusively during the 3-hour slot is ₦250,000.
Additional hours will incur a service charge fee of ₦250,000 per hour.
Please note that a minimum spend of ₦1,500,000 is required to host a private event at BEYOND.
AVAILABLE SLOTS FOR PRIVATE EVENTS:
9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays
11:00 am to 4:00 pm on Wednesdays & Fridays
11:30 pm to 5:00 pm on Saturdays
Requests for private events outside of these times will incur an additional service charge.
Separate Fees (paid directly to our trusted partners) for:
- Catered food options for the group
- Alcoholic drinks to be ordered separately
- Furniture rental for groups of over 20 people
- Event planner and décor if required

Ready to host a private class? Our Cycle Studio, Low Impact Room or Swimming Pool area can be hired out. Exclusive add-ons are also available to ensure that you have an amazing experience they won't forget. We can make it as fun or competitive as you like using our incredible music, lighting and technology, and we can even curate a special playlist to your taste!
Whether it's for team building and networking, getting your colleagues out of the office on their lunch break, a fun workout with your closest friends to celebrate a birthday or a fundraising / charity event, our studios are perfect for private hire.

CHRISTMAS PARTY WARM-UP
For anyone who wants to start their work Christmas party with some high energy endorphin releasing fitness fun, we’re now taking studio private hire bookings for our Christmas party warm-up classes!
Bring your team, department or just a bunch of colleagues, for an energizing, exclusive pre-party class, and leave with a little gift as a little Xmas stocking filler from us. We’ll also lay on some prosecco for after the class to celebrate the night ahead.
BIRTHDAY, HEN/BACHELOR PARTIES & SPECIAL CELEBRATIONS
Celebrate your special day with a workout in one of our studios, followed by some prosecco and nibbles whilst you get ready for the day ahead. Choose the playlist and how you'd like to get your celebrations off to an epic start.

IN-OFFICE & WELLNESS EVENTS
We can run workshops on topics such as training, stress management, sleep management, etc. We also offer HIIT classes at your office for the days when your team is too busy to make it to the studio.
