Gold

• Grow my own fruit/vegetable and eat it.

• Participate in a community service project outside of school for 1 month.

• Create a SMART plan for career pathway, write a CV.

• Represent the school in an extra-curricular event (such as a sports team/music event)

Silver

• Write a thank-you note to a teacher or mentor.

• Create a personal budget and savings plan

• Participate in a beach clean

• Create SMART targets for the next academic year

• Participate in a public speaking event

• Apply for a scholarship

• Go rock-pooling/fishing, catch 1 fish/crab and then release back into its habitat

Bronze

• Join a school extra-curricular club for a term

• Apply to be a student leader/form rep/ambassador.

• Offer to do 1 chore a week at home for free.

• Use a recycling centre or charity shop to recycle/reuse your old belongings

• Create a homemade gift for someone special

• Create a small garden/grow plants from a seed

• Eat a 3-course meal using 2 forks, 2 spoons and 2 knives using correct etiquette.
