You must fill it out to get credit.
If you chose not to take part, fill out the survey so that you at least get a 50!
The Google Classroom will open in August. Please only join if you are turning in a written or digital response.
Bring all other responses to the library.
The Mass. Teen Choice Book Award Ballot is included in the summer reading survey.
You may also choose to discuss your book with Ms. Fecteau before school or during lunch to get credit!
