Course Description
This interactive and fun course is intended to engage Agents in a better understanding of, and the ability to prepare and explain, all terms and changes in the RE-21 Purchase and Sale Agreement to clients. Plus, a review of the changes to 11 Idaho Forms. A Clue Game format will be used to engage Agents to apply these new contract terms and changes.
Course Objectives
· Students will gain a clear understanding of how to complete and explain to clients the new RE-21 Purchase and Sale Agreement with the changes implemented by Idaho REALTORS® in January of 2026.
· Students will review and summarize the 11 Idaho Forms that were also updated. This review will cover the RE-14, RE-15, RE-16, RE-16A, RE-21, RE-22, RE-23, RE-24, RE-25, RE-41, and the RE-52.
