My coaching philosophy is all about honesty, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. I focus on building a strong, positive connection with empathy, optimism, and insightfulness, helping my clients take on life's challenges with confidence. My coaching is designed to help make the process of self-discovery both genuine and meaningful. I create a space where clients can fully embrace their unique selves, gain clarity, and take confident steps toward becoming the people they want to be. Ultimately, my goal is to help my clients find balance, embrace growth, and lead a life of purpose and authenticity.
What Can ADHD Coaching Help With?
Just about anything a client would like to work on! Some popular topics include developing executive functioning skills such as time management and organization, goal setting (and achieving), positive habit formation, taming impulsivity, improving self-care practices, succeeding at work or school, and creating personalized systems that work. Underlying those topics is always the process of discovering who the client really is and what they really want.
Who Do I Work With?
I work with ADHD students (high school and college) and adults of any age.
