1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Metabolic AI, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Metabolic AI is an application that helps users understand how food affects their metabolism, blood sugar, and energy levels through AI-powered analysis of meal photos and user input.
3. Not Medical Advice
Metabolic AI is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The metabolic scores and insights provided are intended for general information and lifestyle purposes only. Always consult a doctor or licensed healthcare provider before making decisions about your health, diet, or medication based on information from this app.
4. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Metabolic AI offers free and paid (Pro) features through monthly or yearly subscriptions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, to upload harmful content, or to interfere with the app's operation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Metabolic AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by BetterBeSmart and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Metabolic AI and BetterBeSmart are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to decisions made based on metabolic scores or AI analyses.
9. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app, its features, or these terms at any time, with or without notice.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app for violation of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
