We welcome Mrs. Sarah Ziesemer as our main coordinator this year. We are restructuring the program to have a leader (Sarah) coordinate and plan the yearly events while getting each family to sign up for 1 thing during the year to help with. The goal is to get more people involved, and those involved only need to commit to one thing during the year.
We would love to have a few more helpers to help our students get set for Hot Lunch each day. This includes handing out supplies, visiting students and teachers, wiping tables, etc. Our lunch hours are from 11-12 pm each day. If interested, email Mr. Kujath - principal@bethlehem-wels.com

In April/May many of you submitted busing forms for 2026-2027 and they have been forwarded to HASD. If you did not complete the forms and your child(ren) needs busing, please do so as soon as possible so that HASD can get them on a route. Forms should be returned to the office so we can make note of it and we will then forward the forms to HASD. Note that 3K students are not eligible for busing, and you must live within the Bethlehem boundary.

Hot Lunch Program
We're rolling out a new online hot lunch program to make ordering, tracking, and billing simpler for everyone. Here's what you need to know.
Once a month, you'll get a link. A few weeks before each month begins, we will place the order link in our newsletter and on our website. The link stays the same all month, so bookmark it.
Pick your days. Open the link, enter your family email (the one we have on file), and for each school day choose Lunch, Milk, Both, or leave it blank. The form shows the menu for each day, and an estimated total updates as you check dates so you always know what you're ordering.
Submit — and you'll get an email confirmation. You can re-open the link and update your order any time before the deadline listed at the top of the form.
Watch for two parents in one family? No problem — add both email addresses in the system and either one can log in and place the order.
Each student receives a printed QR card (small, keyring-sized) with two codes — one for lunch, one for milk. When they come through the lunch line, staff scans the code and the meal is recorded instantly.
At the end of each month, charges are automatically added to your Blackbaud Tuition Management account under "Hot Lunch Fee." No separate check, no envelopes, no reconciling.
A few things to know:
You're billed for what you ordered.
If your student takes an extra lunch or milk they didn't order, a small surcharge is added.
Snow days and cancellations are automatically removed from your bill — you won't be charged for days when there's no school.
If a credit is due (early withdrawal, overpayment, etc.), it rolls forward to the following month automatically.
