a. Endorsing the environmental policy throughout the organization
b. Ensuring appropriate resource allocation to enable the effective operation and continual improvement of the EMS.
a. Ensure EMS requirements are implemented, established and maintained
b. Create and review policies for EMS implementation
c. Coordinate internal EMS audits and handling and investigation of non-conformity
d. Ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions for identified environmental impacts
a. Establishing controls for the identified environmental aspects to their team / department according to procedures and instructions
b. Ensure the EMS is implemented in relation to their departmental functions
c. Establish targets and goals for the department to achieve relevant to EMS objectives
a. Inform the targets and goals to workers and staff.
b. Lead the conformance to policies and procedures.
c. Report non-conformance or deviations associated with environmental issues
a. Work in accordance with the documented guidelines and procedures of the EMS
b. Attend necessary trainings required by the policies
c. Ensure the co-workers and staff are complying with the EMS rules and guidelines
