As your Cascade team, we want to take a moment to welcome you to the 2020-2021 school year. At Cascade, our students are the reason we show up every day. You are the reason we chose this profession. We want to see you succeed, and our greatest hope is that we can assist in developing the habits, skills, and knowledge that will allow each of you to pursue a life of your choosing. We commit to work hard to create a strong educational experience for our students that is built on positive relationships and an environment of mutual respect. In everything that we do at Cascade, we attempt to create an academic environment that has high expectations and provides supports that assist all student in reaching their academic goals. We work to ensure that the dignity of each individual is respected and student voices are recognized and elevated in our daily work. As a team, we desire to do more than simply talk the talk. We believe in continued learning and doing the work alongside our students. Therefore we strive to be positive models in all that we do within our Cascade community.

Welcome to Cascade and thank you for joining us as we continue to build and create our community together (even from afar).
