Remind

How We Use Remind

All 6th grade teachers at Cascade use the Remind app to communicate with families. We know many of you used Class Dojo in elementary school, and this is similar, but more appropriate for 6-12 students. We send reminders, announcements, and individual texts through this app. It also automatically translates messages!

Each teacher and class period has it's own Remind group, so please make sure to sign up for each of your student's class periods to receive appropriate messages.

If you are unable to be at home with your student during the school day, we encourage you to consider allowing them to sign up also (students under 13 require adult consent), or allowing a caregiver who will be with them to sign up. We will send reminders about Zoom meetings, etc.
