Physical Education Standards
Knowledge and Skill
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills to achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of physical activity and fitness in a variety of activities (Cardiovascular endurance, Muscular strength, Muscular endurance and Flexibility).
Personal and Social Behavior
Follows established class rules and demonstrates good sportsmanship while engaged in physical activities.
