What is BHS reads?
The BHS reads program was created to promote a lifelong love of reading throughout the Bethel High School community.
This year, the program will be centered around the theme:
Read. Create. Connect.
Program Description:
BHS students are encouraged to enjoy reading! Please feel free to review the suggestions from BHS English department teachers for potential titles OR select a title of your own choice.
Upon returning to school, English teachers will take time to recognize and celebrate summer reading. Students will be asked to complete a Google Form recording titles read over the summer.
Students will be asked to submit their completed summer reading activity (see checklist here) to for extra credit to their English teacher at the start of the school year.
Students enrolled in Honors and AP Courses should consult this page for additional assigned coursework.
