Tuition charges
For January Session courses:
Whether or not you will need to pay tuition charges (on top of your program fee) will depend on your enrollment status. Credits earned during January will be included in a student's Spring Semester calculations for tuition charges. Students earning less than 12 credits within the January Session/Spring Session will be charged per credit.
January Session is a ‘part of term’ for the Spring Semester. All January Session credits count towards a student's status as “full time” or “part time”. Students enrolled in 12 or more credits within the Spring Semester are billed the full-time student tuition rate. Students enrolled in less than 12 credits will be charged per credit for both January Session and Spring Session.
Please see the Office of Financial Aid's Tuition & Costs webpage for current tuition prices
Making Payments
All charges will be paid through TouchNet, charged through your Bethel student account, or paid through a protected WuFoo form to Bethel University's Business Office.
Third-party programs are charged and paid on the same timeline as a regular semester.
Faculty-led January programs are paid over the course of three installments during fall semester (see below). Students can also use loans by checking with the Office of Financial Aid.
