Language Arts: Finishing our novel study of Freak the Mighty. We plan to watch the movie version this week. Continuing with Greek and Latin roots for our vocabulary. Finishing our argumentative essays this week.
Math: In 6b we will have a quiz on Tuesday. Then we will study exponents and percents. In 6a, we will have a quiz on Tuesday. Next up will be GCF, LCM, and fraction operations. .
Science: Animal Adaptations
Social Studies: Which is the most influential ancient invention and which do we wish had never been invented? We will find out this week. We will also be studying Mesopotamia.
FACS: Pizza
