The Bessemer Center for Technology Family and Consumer Sciences Program prepares students for navigating adult life. Major topics are marriage and family life, parenting and caregiving, consumer services, apparel, housing, food and nutrition, and technology and careers
Class Project: Upcycling old aprons by tye-dying.
Meet the Teacher
My name is Kristina Kimbrell. I am so happy to be a part of the BCS family. I was born and raised in Bessemer and attended McAdory High School. I went to the University of Alabama, and I am currently pursuing a masters degree in Career Tech Education at Athens State University.
