Accounting Specialist
Role Description
This is a part-time and remote opportunity for an Accounting Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing bookkeeping tasks, preparing financial statements, and utilizing accounting software. Additional tasks include supporting the finance team in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and procedures.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Accounting Software (QuickBooks Online) and familiarity with relevant tools
Experience in Bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records
Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
Effective communication and time management abilities
Relevant certification or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Position is remote with flexible hours. Periodic in-person meetings are required in Bend, Oregon.
