Summative Re-Assessment Guidelines (Students can reassess under the following conditions)

1. Student must have a 2 or better in all work habits for the weeks the material was taught.
2. All homework and in-class work must be complete regarding the material.
3. Student must reassess within three days (Note: can be more days per teacher choice) of receiving the assessment grade. Student must contact the teacher via email for re-assessments (Note: e-mail provides documentation for the teacher). Class time will likely not be devoted to sorting out dates/times.
4. Students are encouraged to set up a re-teaching time with the teacher during Tiger Time, Homework Help, or other ways determined by the teacher.
5. Students must reassess during Tiger Time, Homework Help or at another time agreed upon with the teacher (Class time might not be allocated for re-assessments).
6. Teachers will apply the best score of the assessments.
7. If the students meet the criteria for summative reassessing, is it guaranteed that they can reassess.
