The Work-Based Learning Program and Youth Apprenticeship Program at BHS is open to juniors and seniors who have completed a CTAE pathway (or are scheduled for the 3rd class in the pathway) and who would like to get on-the-job experience while earning high school credit. Course requirements include monthly assignments and submitting work hours/wage reports to the Coordinator. In order to receive credit for the class, 1 Block of WBL requires for the student to work at least 7.5 verifiable hours per week, while 2 Blocks of WBL would require at least 15 verifiable hours of work on the job site. Assignments must also be submitted on due dates, listed in Google Classroom. Email the Coordinator or call if you have any questions.
