Raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana, with deep family roots stretching through Lafayette, New Iberia, Jeanerette, Lydia, and Patoutville, I grew up immersed in a rich culinary heritage. Summers were spent with aunts and uncles who raised pigs and chickens, and lived off the land—hunting, fishing, and preparing home-cooked meals that brought the whole family together. This way of life, deeply rooted in tradition, was lovingly passed down from generation to generation.
Later, I proudly served as a Culinary Specialist in the U.S. Navy, where I had the honor of cooking for my fellow shipmates. It was there that my passion for preparing food truly deepened. Whether at sea or at home, I've always found joy in creating meals that bring people comfort, connection, and a taste of something meaningful.
In 2020, when the world came to a standstill and work became scarce due to COVID-19, I took a leap of faith and started my own business. With just a table, a canopy, and a passion for cooking, I began serving food wherever I could—at gas stations, local stores, and community events. Word spread, support grew, and what started as a humble setup has now evolved into my very own food trailer.
This is just the beginning of the journey, and I’m proud of how far it's come—built with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of flavor.
