Sophia Ahmad will volunteer at Strictly Strings Summer Camp this summer.
Ben Chang earned the CJMEA Orchestra 3 year award after being accepted and performing with the Central Jersey Region II Orchestra for THREE consecutive years.
Hanna Chee won 1st place at the VIVO International Music Competition and the gold medal at the Canadian International Music Competition.
Bradley Chen plays in the New Jersey Youth Symphony.
Wesley Chen won 2nd place at American Protege International Concerto Competition, 2nd place in the VIVO International Music Competition, Silver Medal in the Grand Metropolitan International Music Competition and Gold Medal in the American Association for the Development of the Gifted and Talented.
Robert Filas Jr. is the principal second violinist for the NJYS Philharmonia. He will be volunteering at the NJYS summer camp.
Yujin Ha graduated Manhattan School of Music Precollege. There, she was the concertmistress of the Manhattan School of Music Precollege Philharmonic Orchestra and a recipient of the Diane Danese Flagello Scholarship. At Ridge, she is the co-founder/co-president of Collegium Musicum.
Emily Jin, Keerthisri Kannan, Krish Khurana and Robert Paulsen, were accepted into the 2023 CJMEA Bands. Emily Jin and Krish Khurana were also accepted into the 2024 NJ All-State Bands.
Emily Jin performs with the CL4tet ensemble in New Jersey Youth Symphony.

Minji Kim graduated Manhattan School of Music Precollege. She was the awarded Manhattan School of Music Precollege Parents Scholarship and has been accepted to Meadowmount School of Music Summer Program. This year, she got to perform in a masterclass with Mihaela Martin.
Klaudia Kowalewski won first place at the Great Composers Competition Best Bach Performance and won gold at the US-Canadian International Music Competition. This summer, she will be attending the Boston University Tanglewood Institute Young Artists Orchestra Program.
Zimo Nan was nominated, accepted and performed with The Honors Performance Series Orchestra at Carnegie Hall. He won second place at the American Protégé Piano and Strings Competition.
Zimo Nan and Yihan Chu will be performing with the NJ Academy of Music Orchestra Showcase in their upcoming Concert tour in Puerto Rico this June.
Nitin Paranandi is the assistant concertmaster for the NJYS Philharmonia orchestra.
Nina Park won the New Jersey Youth Symphony Concerto Competition and the Mayor's Arts Award. She was the Grand Prize nominee at the New York International Classical Music Competition.
Benjamin Schuchman was accepted into Interlochen Arts Academy Summer Festival, Eastern Music Festival Summer Festival, Kinhaven Summer Music Festival, and Brevard Music Center Summer Festival. He performed in a professional recording of the world premiere of “microvids” by Stefania De Kenessey with the New Jersey Youth Symphony. He is the principal bassist of NJYS and plays in the Baroque Orchestra of New Jersey. This summer, he will be attending the Brevard Music Center in North Carolina.
Paulina Szulaczkowski plays violin with the NJYS Youth Orchestra.
Liza Chumak and Catherine Shen will be performing on the American Music Abroad Red Tour this summer in Europe.
Aoife Timoney will attend Point Counterpoint Chamber Camp this summer.
Rhea Vasanthavada won the 1st Place Grand Winner Prize in the AAfAA National Piano Competition, performing in Carnegie Hall.
Evan Xu plays violin with the New Jersey Youth Symphony Philharmonia.
Alice Yang won the grand prix prize at the Music Fest for Rising Talents Competition.
Angie Yang is currently doing an independent study with Mrs. Beadle, where she is working with and conducting the Ridge Choir. She was the assistant director for the Ridge Concert Choir Sound of the Decades. She continues to serve as the president of Tri-M and co-founder/co-president of Collegium Musicum.
Annabelle Yin will perform with the American Music Abroad Bronze Tour this summer.
Anderson Yu was the grand winner as a soloist at the 2024 NLPA International Young Artists Competition and won 3rd place in the ensemble category at the 2024 Camerata Artists International Competition. He received High Honors Award at the NJMTA Spring Recital Audition. He is the concertmaster for the Bravura Youth Orchestra, where he will be traveling to Europe with them this summer.

Ms. Curran is looking forward to running the Strictly Strings Summer Music Camp again this June 24 - June 28. She will also be working with the ESY Camp at Ridge High School.
