I've learned many things during this project. I had initially expected only to learn more about how our government operates and how we can have an impact on our community but I also learned how to work in a group on such a big project. We all learned how to communicate with each other, always answering each others questions and listening to each others requests or suggestions. I feel like we also learned to trust each other to get our parts done instead of micro managing each other. Overall this project has taught me a lot about the importance of working together while also giving me greater insite on how to make change in our community.Â
