Starting 2024-2025

Kindergarten through 3rd grade will now have exploratory Spanish for one class every three cycles.  

A certified Spanish teacher will engage and educate students on the Spanish speaking world through songs, games and crafts.  Students will learn basic phrases in Spanish and begin to understand what Spanish sounds like. 

4th and 5th grade students will have Spanish one day per 6-day cycle.  Students will continue their foundation of Spanish through engaging in conversations and activities that will dive deeper into the Spanish speaking world.  

Students in all grades will interact with the language through presentational, interpersonal and interpretive communication.
