BHS & McGee Families

Athletics Online Registration: In order to participate on the first day of tryouts, all 3 parts of the athletic registration below must be completed.

1) Select your student's sport from the appropriate (Fall/Winter/Spring) registration box at the bottom of the page and complete the Google Form. Please be sure to choose the correct school, as McGee Middle School and Berlin High School have separate sports registration forms.

2) Completion of 2 required forms through PowerSchool (Parent Portal) account.

3) Submission of student's completed Health Form (note: all Health Forms are good for 13 months from the date of the physical).

POWERSCHOOL REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Registration for participation in the Athletics Program at BHS and McGee are processed online through PowerSchool. Follow the steps below to begin the registration process:

• Sign into your PowerSchool (Parent Portal) account 

• If you have more than one child in the school system, select the appropriate child at the top

• Click on “Forms” in the left hand column

• Select the "General Forms tab"

• Select the forms under the (Fall/Winter/Spring) Athletics Registration tab, complete both forms in their entirety, and submit 

PARENTS/GUARDIANS: You must register your child for each athletic season, even if they played a sport in a previous season.

SPORT SPECIFIC REGISTRATION

In addition to completing the Athletic Registration Forms in PowerSchool, families must also complete the sport specific registration form for each sport their student plans to participate in.

Please click on the appropriate sport (Fall/Winter/Spring) below and complete the corresponding Google registration form. This information will be shared directly with coaches and athletic staff to assist with communication, roster planning, and program organization.

PLEASE NOTE: Completion of a sport specific registration form does not replace the required Athletic Registration Forms in PowerSchool or the submission of a valid Health Form. Students must complete all registration requirements before they are eligible to participate in tryouts, practices, or competitions.
