Your home address must be verified before moving forward with the registration process. Please see this document outlining the process for providing Proof of Residency.

Health assessments & immunizations
All students must provide an updated State of Connecticut Health Assessment Record, or Early Childhood Health Assessment Record for ages birth to 5, which reflects the child's health history and list of current immunizations.
Step 2 requires nurse approval before moving on to step 3. Approved forms must be on file with the school nurse before your child can attend school.

Upon the completion of steps 1 & 2, the Registrar will direct you to Pre-Register your child in PowerSchool. You will receive an automated email prompting you to create a PowerSchool account. You will then need to complete Forms 1-5 in PowerSchool and upload the remaining documents outlined in step 4.

Required documents:
Birth Certificate (long form) or Passport
Acceptable documents include a Driver's License, CT State ID Card, or Passport
All forms will be reviewed once uploaded and complete. When your registration has
been approved, you will receive an automated email to pre-register your child in PowerSchool.
