Join your colleagues for a day of learning and sharing! This year's session is titled, "Fluency through Stories." This group will discuss how English Language Learners learn English and how that translates to our classroom and the amount of time we spend in the target language. Then, there will be a demo in French based on “TPRS 2.0” to help teachers get the feel of what it looks/feels like learning a new language. Participants will about learn how much input, vocabulary, and grammar is too much and then how it pushes students towards fluency faster. From there we will look at what this looks like in upper level classes.
