We'll meet at 8:00 am at BCIU's Main Office then traveling on a bus as a group to Universal Technical Institute's (UTI) campus in Exton (750 Pennsylvania Dr, Exton, PA 19341). The day will conclude with a bus ride back to BCIU's Main Office, at approximately 3:00 pm.

9:00 – 9:20 - Arrival & Welcome Coffee, light breakfast, mingling.
9:20 – 9:30 - Welcome to UTI: Who We Are, What We Build - Intro to UTI’s mission and how the campus turns hands-on training into careers.
9:30 – 10:30 - Campus Tour: See It, Don’t Just Hear About It Walk the shops, see the labs, meet instructors mid-lesson.
10:30 – 11:15 - Workshop: Career Pathways in the Age of AI The strategic centerpiece — where hands-on skills meet the future of work
11:15 – 12:15 - Lunch Casual, seated with UTI staff/instructors mixed in at tables – Taco Bar
12:30 – 1 – Hands-On Zone: Try It Yourself – Hands-on activity that showcases our training
1:00 – 1:30 - Workshop: Beyond graduation - The UTI Difference: Local employment partners & Tuition reimbursement opportunities
1:30 – 2:00 PM Wrap-Up & Next Steps Q&A, partnership opportunities, how to bring students back for tours/visits.
